Stacey Fischer
Owner, Co-Founder and Brand Ambassador

Stacey Fischer, CDP began her career in the senior living industry in 2009. She has dedicated over a decade of her life to helping enrich the lives of seniors and their families. Her compassion and willingness to be a resource for the elderly led her to begin hospice care. She grew in this field and ran the intake department, which then open the door for her career to become a senior advocate.

In 2015 she married Scott Fischer, owner of Options for Senior Living, a professional referral and placement agency, and who was also the President of PASRS, the local industry trade association he co-founded. She became a Referral Specialist and continued to assist families and seniors with finding the perfect home while working at Options for Senior Living.

She later decided to call Surpass Senior Living home in 2018 for three years to continue serving seniors and their families in a new way. She later moved into a Regional Sales Director role that allowed her to see the ins and outs of the senior living communities in different states. She loved those years of seeing her families every day.

Her passion is to help. Her compassion and leadership inspire her in everything that she does. Her greatest asset is to create meaningful and trusted relationships. In her role as the Ambassador for Senior Resource Connectors, she gets to pursue those relationships each and every day. The platform of SRC is very near and dear to Stacey. Her personal experiences led her to the conclusion that families do not ordinarily have the information and resources they need to help their aging loved ones who are experiencing difficulties with aging. She saw people that did not have the knowledge and resources they needed to make these important decisions at a very difficult time. She knew this work for this season opens so many to be able to receive and access the knowledge and resources most adult children need as they are loving their parents during these challenging years.

Scott M. Fischer
Owner & Founder

Scott Fischer BSN, CPRS, CDP. After graduating from Arizona State University’s College of Nursing in 1986, Scott began a long and varied career in healthcare. Most of those years were dedicated to caring for the mentally ill, nursing education and healthcare administration. In 2003, Scott founded Options for Senior Living, a company dedicated to guiding families as they navigate the complex world of senior living. In over 18 years, Scott and his staff have helped well over 3000 families find the services and resources needed for their aging loved ones.

Scott has dedicated more than 12 years to the unlicensed and largely unregulated industry of placement and referral services by working to establish industry best practices, a national certification program and trade association representation. Scott’s personal mission has been to leave the world better than the way he found it. Senior Resource Connectors has been launched now to further pursue that vision for our community and those families who are impacted through the difficulties experienced by their aging loved ones.

“If you don’t know where you’re going, it doesn’t matter what path you take”
- one of my favorite quotes from the Cheshire Cat in Alice in Wonderland. Like many other adult children, It’s become my turn to care for my aging parents. I found that this is a difficult path to navigate and I had no idea where I was going. I quickly learned that without a guide and the right resources, I could wonder aimlessly. I found a great resource only through Devine intervention. That resource (Scott Fischer) and I have now created Senior Living Connectors to provide other seniors and their loved ones with enough resources to make the path much easier.

Not Your Typical Real Estate Group -
In 2008 I founded a real estate group to specifically serve the “under-served’ and those who found them selves in unexpected, difficult, and often stressful situations. Starting with clients who found themselves in foreclosure during the great recession, we became advocates for homeowners in tough legal situations. This led to our search for additional niches in our community that other Realtors avoided because of their complexity. Today the S4 Group serves many unique niches including the senior living industry. Working with seniors and their loved ones isn’t always complex but it can be stressful and frustrating because its not easy to find the proper, trusted resources.

Kevin Craig
After a 27 year career as an investigator, I started a new career in real estate. I began with the intention of helping homeowners who wanted an agent they could trust during a huge financial decision. I shortly became an advocate for homeowners who found themselves in legal situations that involved real estate. Over the past 17 years, I have built a team of 16 amazing real estate professionals who sincerely care for the clients they serve. We pride ourselves in specializing in transactions that require a higher level of care.
