Formed in 1980, the Alzheimer’s Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care, support and research. As the world’s leading nonprofit funder of Alzheimer’s research, the Association is accelerating the field toward solutions for the global Alzheimer’s crisis.

Founded in 1974 by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix, the Foundation for Senior Living (FSL) began with a clear mission: to enhance the lives of adults and their caregivers. Originally focused on providing housing and social services to elders and individuals with disabilities, FSL has since expanded to offer a comprehensive system of home and community-based health services, supporting adults to age in place. Today, as one of Arizona’s largest non-profit organizations, FSL continues to provide personalized care, reflecting their commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Glory Days is a non-profit organization that provides a social/recreational daycare program for seniors with memory loss or other age-related concerns. We understand that being a full-time caregiver can affect the whole family.

Glory Days was born to be a resource for family members needing a break and also for care recipients in need of social engagement and stimulation. We look beyond the diagnosis and creatively think about how we can make our members’ day special.

Transportation challenges create one of the most daunting barriers to healthcare—a barrier second only to the cost. Every day, Angel Flight West’s volunteer pilots fly people to their medical appointments at no cost to the passenger.

On the ground, Earth Angels drive passengers from the airport to the medical facility, also free of cost.

Though we’re best known for linking passengers to valuable medical resources, we also provide transportation for other humanitarian purposes, such as individuals and families escaping domestic violence, disaster relief, therapeutic programs for veterans, and children’s specialty camps.

The Professional Association of Senior Referral Specialists (PASRS) is a non-profit trade association. PASRS was established to ensure that a framework of best practices and a code of professional ethics are adhered to in the unregulated senior care referral industry. This unique, non-profit trade association was created in response to a larger concern by a core group of referral and placement agencies.

The Arizona In-Home Care Association (AZNHA) is a 501(c)6 non-profit organization that was formed to be the primary voice for the home care industry in Arizona. Whether it be best practices, consumer protection, education, or general information about our industry, AZNHA is the foremost leader for in-home care.

A passion for helping Seniors, and those who care for them, was born out of love and the experience of our President and Founder Malea Madrid. Thru first-hand experience Malea witnessed the hardship her grandparents faced as they aged and the difficulty in handling everything including billing disputes and tax issues.

We offer daily money management, administrative, and tax services tailored to fit the needs of seniors and those who care for them.

Due to the widespread use of asbestos in the military between the 1930s and the 1980s, veterans account for 33% of all malignant mesothelioma diagnoses. There are thousands of veterans suffering from this dangerous disease, and since 2015, the Mesothelioma Veterans Center has been here to help.

Oakwood Creative Care began as Sirrine Adult Day Health Services in 1975.

The founders dreamed of a nonprofit that would provide an innovative solution to helping older adults remain in their homes for as long as possible, while staying connected to the community as their health care needs were being met.
